We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was perfect, and the hotel facilities were great. The staff were really nice too make us feel welcome, providing us with excellent service throughout our stay. The location was perfect, right in the center of the city, with easy access to shops and restaurants. The hotel also offered convenient parking options, making it hassle-free for us to explore the city and visit the best restaurants with very short notice.

The staff were really good too make us feel welcome, even surprising our toddler with a soft toy. The hotel's facade and interior design were fine, and our room was comfortable with great amenities. The location was perfect, and we were impressed by the level of service throughout our stay. we had a fantastic experience and highly recommend this hotel.

A luxurious stay at this hotel fulfilled all my exclusive amenities needs. the service was outstanding, and the Spa & wellness centre was the perfect place to relax. the massage I had was heavenly and left me feeling rejuvenated. the sun terrace and garden area were stunning, and the perfect places to take in the beautiful surroundings.
The only minor issue was the air conditioning, which struggled to keep the room cool despite being on full speed. the exclusive room advantages more than made up for this.

We had a luxurious stay at this hotel and all our needs were met. the restaurant provided exceptional in-room breakfast with a wide variety of options to choose from, and the bar/lounge area offered signature cocktails that were simply amazing. the Spa & wellness centre was top-notch, with a sauna and full body massage that left us feeling rejuvenated. the garden area was serene, perfect to relax after a long day of exploring the city.
While the room had exclusive amenities and was elegantly furnished, it was on the smaller side and the window was too small, limiting fresh air circulation. the air conditioning posed a minor issue, alternating between cold and hot and humid air.

The hotel is located right on the river, offering stunning views. It is conveniently close to the best restaurants, allowing us to find a wonderful place to eat with very short notice. there are plenty of options for shopping nearby. The room was comfortable and quiet, with a great bed and good air conditioning. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a wide variety of options. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The Dome bar was a must-visit, with its impressive aesthetics and welcoming atmosphere.
There was a design flaw in the hotel as there were no lights on the stairs in the room, leading to a pitch-black area.
